Jazz festival in the UNESCO-listed village of Saint-Émilion
The Saint-Émilion Jazz Festival is a unique event that celebrates jazz in the exceptional setting of Saint-Émilion, a village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and surrounded by prestigious vineyards. Created in 2012, it has successfully created an alchemy between music, heritage, and wine.
The festival is organized around two stages: the Douves du Palais Cardinal, where ticketed concerts take place in an intimate medieval setting, and the Parc Guadet, which hosts free open-air concerts with views of the vineyards.
The program mixes renowned jazz artists and discoveries, covering a wide spectrum of contemporary jazz. The concerts in the medieval moats offer exceptional acoustics and atmosphere.
The festival also offers tastings of Saint-Émilion wines linked to the musical program, creating a complete sensory experience combining auditory and gustatory pleasures.
The Saint-Émilion Jazz Festival returns in July 2026 for its 8th edition in the UNESCO-listed village.
