The 2025 edition notably featured Les Amazones d'Afrique, a committed Malian women's collective, the duo Alee & Mourad Musset, Kolinga, The Bongo Hop, Faada Freddy, and Radio Byzance, confirming the festival's musical ambition and diversity.

Location

The festival takes place at the Théâtre de Verdure, Allée de Christus, on the edge of Lake Christus, 40990 Saint-Paul-lès-Dax. The audience enjoys the concerts with their feet in the grass, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

Access

By Car

Saint-Paul-lès-Dax is accessible via the A63 (Dax exit) and the D947. From Bordeaux, allow about 1h30 by highway. From Bayonne, about 45 minutes. The Théâtre de Verdure is located on the edge of Lake Christus, a few minutes from the town center of Saint-Paul-lès-Dax. Free parking is available near the site. Signage is provided during the festival days.

By Train

Dax SNCF station, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus from Saint-Paul-lès-Dax. Dax station is served by TGV trains from Paris and TER trains from Bordeaux, Bayonne, and Pau. Shuttles or local transport from the Yégo network can take you to the festival site.

Opening Hours

Free activities and the exhibitor village open in the afternoon (from around 4 PM). Concerts start in the evening (from 7 PM-8 PM depending on the edition). The festival continues late into the night, with the last artists scheduled around 11:30 PM - midnight.

Prices

Online ticketing on the Weezevent platform: www.temposdumonde.com. Prices are announced for each edition, with 2-day pass options and single evening tickets. Reduced prices for children and job seekers. Daytime activities and access to the exhibitor village are free.

Food & Drink

A large food and drink area is set up on the festival site, with short-circuit products favoring local producers and suppliers. World cuisine, grills, vegetarian dishes, and drinks are offered. Bars with craft beers and cocktails are available throughout the festival. The eco-responsible approach is reflected in the use of reusable tableware and selective waste sorting.

Exhibitor Village

The exhibitor village offers world crafts, fair trade products, local creations, and association stands. Free access during festival opening hours.

Practical Tips

As the festival takes place outdoors in August, bring sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle for the afternoon. Evenings can be cool by the lake, so warm clothing is recommended. The site is grassy: suitable footwear is advised.
