Cevenol crafts and Christmas festivities in a mountain village
Every year before the end-of-year holidays, the village of Vialas, perched in the high Lozère Cévennes, hosts its Christmas market. This intimate and warm event brings together artisans, producers, and residents in an authentic mountain setting, perpetuating rural Cevenol Christmas traditions.
The market highlights the richness of local crafts and the know-how of producers from the Luech valley and Mont Lozère:
The Vialas Christmas Market offers an entertainment program designed for all generations:
To warm up in the crisp mountain air of the Cévennes, drink stands offer hot chocolate, spiced mulled wine, and comforting soups. Local small restaurateurs prepare hearty stews and sweet treats that delight curious palates.
