From world music to electronic music, the festival offers a selection of electro-eclectic artists over two evenings, in a natural setting on the banks of the Vézère river. Local food trucks, craft beers, artisan stalls, various activities, and a camping area complete the festival experience.

An electro-eclectic festival on the banks of the Vézère

The Vizara Festival has established itself as a must-attend event on the music scene in Périgord Noir. Every summer, in August, the festival takes over a natural site on the banks of the Vézère river in Montignac-Lascaux for two evenings of music blending world music and electronic music.

An eclectic and ambitious program

The festival stands out for its original artistic direction, at the crossroads of world music and electronic sounds. International artists and emerging talents take to the stage, offering a sonic journey between electro, bass music, world beats, and live performances. Each edition grows in ambition with an ever richer program.

A festive and friendly village

Beyond the music, Vizara Festival offers a true festive village: local food trucks, a bar with craft beers and cold drinks, kombucha, local craft stalls, merchandise, and various activities. A rest and camping area allows festival-goers to extend the experience.

The Vizara Festival returns to Montignac-Lascaux for its 4th edition, from August 7 to 9, 2026. A major novelty this edition: the festival goes from two to three evenings by adding Sunday, extending the festival experience in the heart of Périgord Noir.

True to its artistic line at the crossroads of world music and electronic sounds, the festival offers a sonic journey between electro, bass music, world beats, and live performances, in its natural setting on the banks of the Vézère.
