Edition 2026

Autumn Festival Andelys — edition 2026

As of mid-August 2026, the OCLA has not yet announced the 2026 edition of the Fête de l'Automne des Andelys; there are no confirmed dates, themes, or programs. The dates shown on this page have not been confirmed by the organizers. In 2025, the 28th edition took place on October 11th and 12th at Place Saint-Sauveur, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2026 Edition: Nothing announced yet

As of mid-August 2026, the OCLA has released no information regarding the 2026 Fête de l'Automne. The city of Les Andelys' calendar, which lists 148 events between August and December 2026 including weekly markets and workshops, does not mention it, nor does the association's Facebook page. The dates displayed on this page are not confirmed by the organizer.

The association remains active: they held the 14th Fête de Printemps on May 23rd and 24th, 2026, on the banks of the Seine, and their last public message was posted on August 7th, 2026. Their office is closed from August 10th to 28th.

What to expect based on previous editions

The 28th edition was held on October 11th and 12th, 2025, at Place Saint-Sauveur, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, featuring an artisanal and local produce market themed around the sawmill, activities supporting Octobre Rose on Saturday, and the Volants Andrésiens on Sunday, with free admission and on-site dining. The 27th edition took place on October 19th and 20th, 2024, at the same location, featuring an artisanal market, exhibitions, and a carousel for children.

The dates vary from year to year: the second weekend of October in 2025, and the third in 2024. Announcements are typically made late. For 2025, the city published the event page on September 26th, and the OCLA shared it on Facebook on October 7th, just four days before opening.

An artisan market on the banks of the Seine

The Fête de l'Automne is the autumn counterpart to the Fête de Printemps, another event hosted by the OCLA along the Seine. The concept remains the same: an artisan and local produce market, entertainment, free admission, and food available on-site. The association is holding its 28th edition in 2025, following the 27th in 2024.

A different theme every year

Each edition follows a specific theme, ensuring that no two years are alike. In 2025, the OCLA has chosen the sawmill as its theme: Saturday will feature activities supporting Octobre Rose, while Sunday will highlight the Volants Andrésiens. In 2024, the 27th edition combined the artisan market with exhibitions and a carousel for children. Back in 2012, the program included a farmers' market, an autumn fruit exhibition, a cider competition, traditional apple pressing demonstrations, and a falconry show.

Where and when

The festival takes place at Place Saint-Sauveur, on the banks of the Seine, during a weekend in October. The dates vary from year to year: the second weekend in 2025 and the third in 2024. Announcements are typically made just a few weeks before the event.
