Campan Rural Film Festival — edition 2026

For its inaugural edition, the Festival du Film Paysan is hosting screenings at the Campan village hall, kicking off the festivities the night before at the Le Parvis cinema in Ibos with a preview of the documentary "Honeyland," winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. The three-day event is structured around themes of legacy, the relationship between life and animal death, and biodiversity and rural activism, with post-screening discussions featuring local agricultural associations. Friday and Saturday evenings conclude with rustic farm-to-table meals and live music.
