The market operates on the principle of direct sales from producer to consumer. The carcass market (whole ducks and geese) takes place at 9:30 AM, followed by the foie gras market at 10:30 AM. A cutting service is available on-site.
From November to March, the market is in full swing with hundreds of producers. From April to October, a smaller foie gras market is held on Mondays at 10 AM.
