About Carnaval de Lourdes

The Carnaval de Lourdes, or Pyrenean Carnival, is a family event organized each year at the Château fort – Musée pyrénéen in Lourdes. Children are invited to wear their finest costumes to celebrate the arrival of spring in an exceptional historical setting. On the program: a family game trail in the fortress, festive tales, Pyrenean music and dance presented by the Collectif Dahu, as well as wooden games and a ball with an introduction to traditional dances.
