- By car: Lourdes is accessible via the A64, exit Tarbes-Ouest then N21. Parking in the city center.

The Carnaval de Lourdes takes place every year in February within the majestic walls of the Château fort – Musée pyrénéen, overlooking the town of Lourdes. This family celebration marks the arrival of spring with a festive program combining Pyrenean traditions and entertainment for all ages.

Children are invited to wear their finest costumes to participate in the festivities. The program includes a family game trail in the fortress, festive storytelling, music, and dance presented by the Collectif Dahu. Participants can enjoy a walk through the fortress, wooden games, and a ball with an introduction to Pyrenean dance.
