The "Au Chant du Bouc" Evenings are musical and gastronomic events organized every Wednesday evening during the summer season at the Ferme des Cascades de Sazos, in the Hautes-Pyrénées. Supported by the association Le Chant du Bouc, these friendly evenings by the fireside offer a farm buffet made from farm products (wild plant platters, homemade charcuterie, meats and vegetables from the garden grilled on a plancha) accompanied by live music. Participants are invited to bring their instruments for improvised jam sessions. Entry is free with membership to the association (€0.50 included in the first drink).

Evenings by the Fireside
The "Au Chant du Bouc" Evenings take place every Wednesday evening during the summer season starting at 6 PM at the Ferme des Cascades, a farm committed to permaculture and sustainable agriculture, nestled in the village of Sazos, in the heart of the Pays Toy in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
Farm Buffet and Live Music
The concept is simple and friendly: a farm buffet is offered on-site with wild plant platters or charcuterie from the farm's livestock, meats and vegetables from the garden grilled on a plancha, and other homemade specialties. The evening is hosted by musicians, and participants are warmly invited to bring their own instruments for moments of shared music.
A Committed Associative Project
The association Le Chant du Bouc, based in Sazos, supports this project that combines permaculture, environment, and sustainable agriculture. The pricing is à la carte, with a voluntary but encouraged contribution for the artists. Entry is free with membership to the association (€0.50 included in the first drink). The evenings are open to all audiences.
