About Est-ce que tu Breizh
Est-ce que tu Breizh is a clown-themed festival held every autumn in the Callac area of the Côtes-d'Armor. Organized by the Est-ce que tu breizh association, it turns Callac and its surroundings into a hub for street arts and live performance in Central Brittany.
The program features clown shows and burlesque acts, children's workshops, and open-mic stages where artists can test their work in front of a live audience.

Est-ce que tu Breizh is the premier clown festival in the Callac canton, located in the heart of Brittany's Côtes-d'Armor department. Organized by the Est-ce que tu breizh association, this festival dedicated to clown arts and live performance has established Callac and its surrounding area as a key destination for humor and stage performance in Brittany.
Headliners and new discoveries
The festival invites renowned artists from the French clown scene. The 2025 edition featured Patrick de Valette (from the group Les Chiches Capons) in his solo show « HOBOBO », directed by Isabelle Nanty. The 2024 edition showcased Didier Super with his show « Ta vie sera plus moche que la mienne », as well as Jackie Star in « L'élégance et la beauté ».
Workshops and open stages
The program includes clown workshops for children and adults, open stages where clowns, magicians, jugglers, acrobats, and cabaret artists can present 5 to 15-minute acts, as well as street performances. Food and drinks are available on-site to accompany this celebration of humor and poetry.

The 3rd edition of Est-ce que tu Breizh will be held on September 26, 2026, in the village of Bulat-Pestivien, in the heart of the Callac region of Central Brittany. For one day, the Est-ce que tu breizh association presents a program dedicated to clowning and live performance: workshops, open mic, pocket opera, burlesque shows, and headliners, all set in an atmosphere of celebration, humor, and poetry. Food, drinks, and entertainment will keep the day lively.
