About Feriarròs
Feriarròs brings together paella and rice experts from France and abroad in Canet-en-Roussillon. The Feriarròs association organizes this gathering in partnership with the local tourist office at the Arboretum park in Mas Roussillon. Visitors can watch demonstrations and chat with chefs specializing in this iconic dish before enjoying a tasting on-site.
Feriarròs — edition 2026
For its inaugural edition on September 27, 2026, Feriarròs brings together master arroceros from France and abroad in Canet-en-Roussillon, including 2025 World Paella Champion Frédéric Gallego and 2026 French Champion Joël Jaquet. The day features a mix of culinary demonstrations, the preparation of a giant paella and a brasero, all set to the lively sounds of bandas and DJs.

- 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM — Culinary demonstrations and masterclasses with expert paella chefs, including Frédéric Gallego (2025 World Champion), Joël Jaquet (2026 French Champion), Yves Henrich (Le Vigatan restaurant), Grégory Cordoba, and William Téllez · Parc de l'Arboretum, Mas Roussillon
- Preparation of a giant paella and a brasero, with on-site tastings
- Musical entertainment: bandas and DJs throughout the day
