The 10th edition of the Al Andalus Festival takes place from April 1st to 11th, 2026 in Montpellier and its metropolitan area (Grabels, Clapiers, Castries). For its tenth anniversary, the international festival of the Andalusian world honors Algeria and celebrates the richness of its musical and cultural heritage.
From April 1st to 11th, 2026, the Dard'art association celebrates the ten years of the Al Andalus Festival, Montpellier's international festival of the Andalusian world. Eleven days of intercultural dialogue, creation, and sharing around the Arab-Judeo-Andalusian heritage: concerts, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, open to all.
For this anniversary edition, a special spotlight is placed on Algeria and the richness of its musical traditions: Arab-Andalusian, Kabyle, Chaâbi, Raï, and Hawzi.
Events take place in emblematic venues in Montpellier and its metropolitan area: Opéra Comédie — Salle Molière, Salle Pétrarque, Le JAM, Rockstore, MPT François Villon, MPT Louis Feuillade, as well as the media libraries of Clapiers (Albert Camus) and Castries (Françoise Giroud) and the Place de la Mairie in Grabels.
