A new festive event for Caen

The Festival Hello Caen was launched in September 2024 with its first edition held at the Hippodrome de Caen. Driven by the Hello Caen association, the festival was created with the aim of establishing a musical and festive event that highlights the local artistic scene. The Hippodrome, with its vast green spaces and rural setting, provides an ideal backdrop for this new event at the start of the autumn season.

Festival Hello Caen stands out for its programming that gives prominence to artists from Caen and its region. From rock to pop, including DJ sets that close the evenings, the festival offers a showcase for the local music scene while also welcoming external artists to complete the lineup.

Much more than a music festival

Beyond the concerts, Festival Hello Caen offers a multitude of activities for all tastes: food trucks with diverse culinary offerings, second-hand clothing stalls for vintage and pre-loved fashion enthusiasts, plant sales, games, tattoos, and face painting. Sunday is dedicated to a musical brunch, providing a more relaxed atmosphere to conclude the weekend.

A festival between horse racing and concerts

A unique aspect of Festival Hello Caen: Monday is dedicated to a DJ set between horse races, creating a unique atmosphere that blends equestrian sport and music. This unconventional programming reflects the festival's spirit, which aims to surprise and unite a broad audience.
