From Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026, Le Pôle — Arts en Circulation presents the seventh edition of Regards sur Rue at the Parc de la Navale and in the city center of La Seyne-sur-Mer. The program features 15 venues, 17 companies, 68 artists, 17 shows, 48 performances, and 4 workshops open to the public.
The Shows
Circus arts take center stage: acrobatic lifts with Kontact (Puéril Péril) and SITU (Ino Kollektiv), acrobatic pole with How much we carry (Cirque Immersif), juggling with Accroche-toi si tu peux (Les Invendus), and suspension with Rouge Merveille (Rhizome / Chloé Moglia). These are complemented by the close-up magic of Michaël Vessereau, the painting and video performance Retable by Benoit Bottex, the participatory performance Scélérates by Le Polymorphe, and music from Kubilaï Khan Investigations and Collectif Merak.
The Venues
Performances will be held at the Parc de la Navale (large lawn, small lawn, main path, lifting bridge, porte des Chantiers, social area) and throughout the city center: place Bourradet, square Malsert, parking Malsert, Malsert school courtyard, Pierrepont school courtyard, cour des Beaux-Arts, cours Louis Blanc, Café-théâtre Le Terrier, and the Entre2Rues workshop at 10 rue Franchipani.
The Workshops
Four workshops are open to everyone. Frissons & Hanneton will screen-print the festival's visual design onto paper and fabric: bring your own T-shirt, sweatshirt, or tote bag (must be at least 80% cotton). Pauline Léonet and Laurence Merle will guide the public in creating Le banquet nacré, an installation made from shells, dried seaweed, and salvaged fishing gear, around which everyone is invited to gather on Sunday in the late afternoon. Michaël Vessereau will host a card magic workshop on Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (ages 14+, reservation required). Finally, Compagnie Le Polymorphe continues the Entre 2 Rues #4 workshops with local residents, resulting in the performance Scélérates, which will be presented at place Bourradet all three days.

Admission is free for the entire festival. Only Retable at the Café-théâtre Le Terrier and the magic workshop require reservations, which open in September. For information, call 0800 083 224 (toll-free) or visit le-pole.fr.

Regards sur Rue Festival: Street Arts in La Seyne-sur-Mer
The Regards sur Rue Festival is a cultural highlight for La Seyne-sur-Mer and the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area. Organized by Le Pôle — Arts en Circulation, it takes over the Parc de la Navale and the city center for three days every autumn, bringing performances directly into the public space.
Le Pôle — Arts en Circulation
Le Pôle — Arts en Circulation curates a year-round season across the Toulon Provence Méditerranée area, operating from three main hubs: the theater in Le Revest-les-Eaux, the Espace Chapiteaux de la Mer, and the Armand Gatti Theater Library, the latter two located in La Seyne-sur-Mer. They host artist residencies, support new creations, and offer a theater and contemporary circus season for all ages. Regards sur Rue serves as their flagship event in the public sphere.
A Free and Open-Access Festival
All programming is free and requires no tickets. The disciplines cover the full spectrum of street arts: street theater and object theater, circus, acrobatics, aerial arts, juggling, clowning, dance, close-up magic, music, and roving performances, alongside participatory projects developed with local residents.
The Venues
The festival is primarily held at the Parc de la Navale, located on the site of the former local shipyard, as well as throughout the center of La Seyne-sur-Mer, where squares, schoolyards, parking lots, and neighborhood halls host various performances. The convivial area at the Parc de la Navale serves as a hub for workshops, musical listening sessions, and festive late-night gatherings.
Past and Future Editions
The 6th edition runs from September 26th to 28th, 2025, at the Parc de la Navale and in the city center.
