The "Cœur de Fontenay" association, Fontenay-lès-Briis' festival committee, is a driving force in the commune. Composed of passionate volunteers, it organizes numerous events throughout the year: St. Patrick's Day party, Fête de la Musique, July 14th celebrations, Christmas markets, themed evenings, and many other events that set the rhythm for the village's social life.

The annual Fête de Fontenay-lès-Briis is the highlight of the summer season. It offers:

Ahead of the main festival, the commune celebrates the Fête de la Musique every June 21st, organized in partnership with the Festival Committee. Inflatable structures and catering stands complete the program for families.
