L'Eure des Mômes

Three days of celebration for children aged 0 to 10

L'Eure des Mômes is the major summer event for families in Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton. For three days in late July, this young audience festival puts children aged 0 to 10 at the heart of the program with a wealth of live performances and creative workshops. Created in 2022, the event has quickly established itself as a summer highlight in the south of the Eure region, attracting families from the area and beyond.

Live performances and creative workshops

The festival offers a rich and varied program of shows suitable for toddlers and children: clown shows, puppet shows, theater, concerts for toddlers, and shows for babies. In parallel, numerous creative workshops allow children to get hands-on: soap making, bread making, magic potions, musical instruments, pom-poms, and knitting, as well as face painting and various craft activities. Introductions to circus arts and dance complete an offering resolutely focused on artistic awakening and creativity.

An accessible and friendly family festival

L'Eure des Mômes stands out for its accessibility: each show costs only 1 euro per person, and a 1 euro festival bracelet for the three days grants access to carriage rides, workshops, baby play areas, and activities. The festival creates a welcoming space where families can enjoy a moment of sharing and discovery together. The event is organized with the support of the City of Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton and local associations, as part of a commitment to cultural democratization in rural areas.
