Concerts, circus arts, and live performances on a farm between Beauce and Perche
The Festival de La Goëspierre is organized by the La Mariénnée association, set between the Beauce and Perche regions in a converted farmhouse near Châteaudun (Eure-et-Loir). From circus acts to live music and performance art, it offers a friendly, family-oriented experience with a pay-what-you-want entry fee.
La Mariénnée is a community-run cultural hub housed in the former buildings of a farm at the La Goëspierre site. Established in 2023, its mission is to foster social connections in the Beauce area through cultural events, and it now also hosts an artisanal, non-profit microbrewery.
Every summer, the Festival de La Goëspierre brings together concerts, live performances, circus arts, large-scale games, a children's area, a flea market, various activities, and graffiti art, featuring artists from both the local area and further afield. It is a weekend of fun and entertainment for the whole family, whether you are visiting with friends or on your own.
Food and drinks are available throughout the festival (fixed-price meals with vegetarian options), featuring the blonde and white ales of La Goës'bière, brewed right on-site. A free campsite is available, equipped with composting toilets, a water point, and outdoor showers. La Goëspierre is located near Châteaudun, which is accessible by train from Paris-Austerlitz; the stations of Courtalain-Saint-Pellerin and Cloyes-sur-le-Loir are also nearby.
The 2026 edition of the Festival de La Goëspierre will take place on July 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2026, at the historic La Mariénnée farmhouse. Doors open on Friday at 6:00 PM, Saturday at 2:00 PM, and Sunday at 11:00 AM. Admission is pay-what-you-wish.
