Every Friday evening in July and August, the seaside resort of Guidel-Plages transforms into an open-air music stage for Les Renc'Arts. This series of free concerts, organized by the municipality of Guidel, offers vacationers and locals a friendly musical gathering facing the Atlantic Ocean, in the exceptional setting of the Morbihan coast.

An Eclectic and Accessible Program

The Renc'Arts program is designed to appeal to a wide and varied audience. Each Friday, two sets of concerts follow each other: a first set at 7 PM, often dedicated to discovering a local or emerging artist, and a main concert at 8:45 PM with a confirmed artist or band. Styles mingle and blend: rock, French chanson, pop, traditional sea shanties, world music, reggae, and folk, offering a new musical flavor each week.

Guidel-Plages: A Lively Seaside Resort

Guidel-Plages, a seaside resort in Guidel located at the mouth of the Laïta river, between Lorient and Quimperlé, offers a magnificent natural setting for these summer concerts. Spectators can sit on the terraces of the resort's restaurants, crêperies, and bars, or directly on the promenade to enjoy the music in a holiday and free atmosphere.
