For nearly thirty years, the Salon Aux Vignobles - Vins et Gastronomie has become a major event for wine and fine produce lovers in Eure-et-Loir. Organized annually in October at the Parc des Expositions l'Illiade, Chartres' new exhibition center located on Chemin Chariots, this exhibition brings together nearly 150 exhibitors: independent winemakers, farm producers, cheesemakers, charcuterie makers, chocolatiers, confectioners, and artisans of taste from all regions of France. The event is orchestrated by GL Events Exhibitions, a recognized specialist in wine and gastronomy exhibitions across France.

Meet the winemakers and producers

The heart of the Salon Aux Vignobles beats to the rhythm of tastings and direct encounters with independent winemakers, who sell their vintages without intermediaries. Visitors can stroll through the aisles to discover French vineyards: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône Valley, Loire, Alsace, Languedoc, Provence, South-West, Champagne, and many other appellations are represented, with a significant place given to organic and biodynamic wines. Each winemaker offers guided tastings of their vintages, allowing both amateurs and connoisseurs to refine their palates and build their cellar for the end-of-year festivities. Producers of foie gras, aged cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, chocolates, teas, honeys, and other delicacies complete this gourmet offering.

French terroir in the spotlight

Beyond the major vineyards, the exhibition highlights lesser-known terroirs and passionate producers who perpetuate ancestral savoir-faire. Guided tastings and food and wine pairing advice punctuate the three days of the exhibition. Visitors can buy directly from producers, thus benefiting from exhibition prices and the guarantee of complete traceability. A bar and catering are available on site, and the setting of the Parc des Expositions l'Illiade, easily accessible by car and public transport, makes it a family-friendly and welcoming event.
