About Teste à Têtes Festival

The Teste à Têtes Festival takes place every year over three days at Komonò Circus, the circus school in La Teste-de-Buch. This 9th edition brings together circus arts, street theatre, and music, featuring nine guest companies, a guinguette-style village nestled under the pine trees, and an open stage for children on Sunday morning.

The Komonò collective, which runs the circus school year-round, organizes the festival on the Plaine des Sports grounds. Enjoy on-site food and drinks, an artistic funfair by the La Foraine company, and a DJ set on Saturday night.

The 9th edition brings together nine companies at Komonò Circus from September 11 to 13, 2026, for three days of circus, street theater, and music. "Traces," presented by La P'tite Cie du Komonò with Jérôme Galan, kicks off the weekend on Friday evening, while "Cabaret Éclaté" gathers jugglers, acrobats, and aerial artists on Sunday afternoon. The Village Guinguette keeps the Saturday night energy going with a DJ set and the artistic funfair by Cie La Foraine.

The 9th edition takes place at the Plaine des Sports in La Teste-de-Buch, at the Komonò Circus, the circus school that hosts the festival year-round. Nine companies will perform over three days, from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, featuring professional, semi-professional, and amateur shows—including "Cirque en Pagaille," performed by Komonò students on Friday night.

The Village Guinguette runs continuously with a pay-what-you-wish policy, featuring catering by chef Bérangère Fagart, circus workshops, and art installations by Florian Gestas. Sunday morning is dedicated to the "Young Audience" program, with an interactive storytelling session starting at 10:10 AM.
