The Truffle and Local Products Festival invites food lovers to discover the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) cultivated in Occitanie, one of France's major truffle-growing regions. This gastronomic show brings together truffle growers and local producers in a friendly atmosphere in Tarbes.

Treasures of Bigourdan Terroir

Beyond truffles, the festival highlights the specialties of the Hautes-Pyrénées and the greater Southwest: foie gras, Bigorre Black Pork, Tarbais Beans (Label Rouge and IGP), Pyrenean cheeses, Madiran wines and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Pyrenean honey, saffron, spit cake, and other artisanal delicacies.

Tastings and Masterclasses

The program includes tastings to discover truffle-wine pairings, culinary demonstrations by local chefs, and a producers' market where you can buy truffles and local products directly. Educational workshops raise public awareness about truffle growing and the gastronomic know-how of the Southwest.
