The festival takes place in various locations in Beaune: Collégiale Notre-Dame, Parc de la Bouzaize, Place Carnot, and Théâtre de Verdure.
- By car: Beaune is located 45 km south of Dijon, accessible via the A6 and A31 motorways.
- By train: Beaune station (TER from Dijon in 20 min).

A new world music festival in Beaune
The Bélen Festival is a world music festival created in 2023 in Beaune, under the artistic direction of musician and producer André Manoukian. This new musical event celebrates the voices of the world through concerts bringing together internationally renowned artists and emerging talents from the five continents.
Iconic Beaune locations
The festival takes over the most beautiful locations in the city of Beaune: the Collégiale Notre-Dame, the Parc de la Bouzaize, the Place Carnot, and the Théâtre de Verdure. This diversity of venues allows for various formats, from intimate acoustic concerts in the Collégiale to open-air performances in the Parc de la Bouzaize, offering unique musical experiences.
World voices in dialogue
Bélen's programming highlights global musical diversity: ancient harmonies and today's rhythms, enchanting melodies and electro sounds, mixed-race songs, and bold fusions. The 2025 edition, the festival's second, hosted artists such as Ayo, Yuri Buenaventura, Clara Ysé, Orange Blossom, Bachar Mar-Khalifé, and Natascha Rogers, with local talents like Gamin and Lemonfly.
André Manoukian, inspired artistic director
André Manoukian, a musician, composer, and producer passionate about world music, is the artistic director of the festival. His intimate knowledge of world music and his international network of artists allow him to build a program that is both demanding and popular, mixing discoveries and headliners.
