The Festival de la Cité des Hortensias is one of the highlights of the summer in Perros-Guirec, a seaside resort on the Côte de Granit Rose in the Côtes-d'Armor. Over three days, the festival offers a rich and varied program combining costumed parades, traditional Breton dances, concerts, and fest-noz. Celtic circles and bagadoù liven up the town's streets, offering a colorful spectacle. The fest-noz, true Breton popular balls, conclude the evenings in a friendly and warm atmosphere, bringing together seasoned dancers and novices.
