13th Edition — July 4 to August 23, 2026
The 2026 edition of Lieux Mouvants spans eight weekends, from Saturday, July 4 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, centered around its historic heart: the hamlet of Saint-Antoine in Lanrivain. A formula true to the spirit of the festival
Each day features a succession of highlights: a meeting (literature, science, ecology, landscape), a show (contemporary dance, circus, theater), and a concert. All of this is complemented by exhibitions visible all summer in Saint-Antoine, workshops, and screenings.
Summer Exhibitions
Two exhibitions open the festival on Saturday, July 4 and remain accessible all summer in Saint-Antoine:
- Olivier Soulerin — Mirobo-land
- Mathis Berchery — Je nuage chaque jour un peu mieux
Closing — Plant Day
The edition concludes on Sunday, August 23 with the 2026 Plant Day, a weekend dedicated to nurserymen, landscapers, artisans, and collectors of rare plants, hosted by Gilles Leblais.

A meeting place in the heart of nature
Lieux Mouvants is an association founded in 2011 by Jean Schalit, permanently established in the hamlet of Saint-Antoine, a 16th-century built ensemble located in Lanrivain, a commune in the Kreiz-Breizh region (Central Brittany, Côtes-d'Armor). This place aims to be a facilitator of unique and unusual encounters in natural settings, between locals, nature lovers, culture enthusiasts, and creators.
A multidisciplinary program
Every summer, from July to August, the festival unfolds its program over several weekends in the hamlet of Saint-Antoine and other partner sites, such as the Gallo-Roman quarry of Locuon (Ploërdut, Morbihan) and the abbey of Coat Malouen (Kerpert). The program includes:
- Performing arts: contemporary dance, music, circus, theater.
- Art exhibitions: in situ installations, sculptures, paintings.
- Screenings and film encounters.
- Discussions around literature, science, gastronomy, architecture, landscape, environment, and ecology.
- Plant days and landscape workshops.
The hamlet of Saint-Antoine, heart of the festival
The hamlet of Saint-Antoine, with its 16th-century granite buildings and preserved natural setting, is the beating heart of the festival. Performances and installations blend into the landscape, creating an osmosis between art and nature. The Gallo-Roman quarry of Locuon offers a spectacular setting for performances and in situ installations.
