Tasting evening for AOP Ajaccio wines, Place Foch, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. A friendly gathering between the public and the winemakers of the Ajaccio appellation, centered around Corsican wines from the Ajaccio region.
An AOP Ajaccio Wine Tasting Evening in the Heart of the City
Organized by the Ajaccio Tourist Office in partnership with the Vignerons d'Ajaccio, this tasting evening takes place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, on Place Foch in Ajaccio. It is one of two summer evenings (July and August) dedicated to discovering the wines of the AOP Ajaccio appellation.
The principle is simple and friendly: visitors purchase an engraved « Vignerons d'Ajaccio » glass at the entrance for 5 €, then meet the winemakers present who offer them their vintages to taste and introduce them to the grape varieties that make up the AOP Ajaccio wines. Over the years, these events have become essential highlights of the Ajaccio summer, in a warm atmosphere at the heart of the Mediterranean terroir.
